
Whether new to Pilates or not, this class teaches the Pilates philosophy of breath, concentration, control, centering, precision and fluidity. Redefine the whole body through exercises to challenge your mind & leave your body strong, long & refreshed. Building upon the essential matwork routine, Level II will add challenge by introducing an intermediate matwork routine and the use of mini balls, fitness circles and resistance bands. With focus on breath and correct movement discover how it feels to be healthy and strong both inside and out! New class session starts May 19th!
