As energizing spin class set to music in an upbeat atmosphere. Go through a series of workout phases - warm up, steady untempo cadences, sprints, climbs, and cool down. Control your own resistance making the pedaling as easy or as difficult as you choose. Bring your towel, hydration, and get ready for an ultimate cardio class.
