Carrie wants to help you achieve your workout goals. Her fitness studio is a private workout space that allows individuals and small groups the opportunity to enhance their fitness levels.

The studio offers a great variety of fitness classes:

  • Pilates
  • Spinning
  • Strength and Tone
  • Boot Camp
  • TRX Suspension Training
  • Belly Dance
  • Zumba

 

Personal training sessions at at her studio will include any of the following:

  • Strength training
  • Pilates
  • TRX Suspension training
  • Balance training
  • Cardio training
  • Posture work
  • Flexibility
  • Core training

Carrie offers personal training sessions for up to 4 people at a time.

 

The studio also offers metabolic testing by Cris Nichols to help you with weight management. 

Fit Check Assessment System measures:

-VO2 (Volume of Oxygen Consumed)
-VCO2 (Volume of Carbon Dioxide Produced)
-VE (Volume of air exhaled)

By assessing your unique metabolism, we can create a fitness plan tailored specifically to your metabolism.  We help you work out smarter, not harder!
